from different report shows, in November U.S. Home Sales(previously own) add 4.0% from October at 4.42 million units annual rate(6m units/year is healthy). The median sales price was up 2.1% from October but down 3.5% from a year ago at $164,200.
Shadow inventory(properties with seriously delinquent loans or properties already in foreclosure/repossessed) stand 1.6million properties in October. For-Sale inventory dropped by 14%. Pending home sales was up 7.3% in November.
The good news are, in November, the new home sales up 1.6% from October, up 9.76% from a year ago. New housing permits up 5.7% from October, up 20.74% from a year ago.New housing starts up 9.2% from October, up 24.32% from a year ago.
U.S. always lead the world out of recession, this time doesn't look like an exception, but without healthy housing market, our economy will not get true recovery.

美國向來是領導世界走出衰退,看來這次也不例外.但是沒有健康的房市,我們的經濟是不會真正地恢復元氣.
